In Educate! designers are engaged in all stages of design from strategizing on learning goals to supporting printing and distribution of materials. The competence wheel illustrates the diverse competences a designer utilizes in their work.


Educate! levels of proficiency

Develop your proficiency

Through practical activities and on-the-job accomplishments designers in Educate! gather badges which are visual representations of skills. A learning path is defined for each of the 16 design competences and 5 levels of proficiency. These learning paths correspond to the internal design development activities such as the Google Classroom.

Besides these, Educate! introduced Bonus badges to celebrate individual's unique contributions to the team. Example bonus badges are: Product Making Champion, Team Player, Resourcefulness, Graphics Winner, Time Keeper, Major Linguist, etc.
